Repair

Before grinding, we repair any visible cracks, spalls, or surface damage and fill expansion joints and control cuts as needed. This step ensures structural integrity and a seamless look once the epoxy is applied.

Grind

We mechanically grind the concrete to remove contaminants, adhesives, and weak surface layers. This opens the pores of the slab, allowing the epoxy to penetrate deeply and bond securely.

Base Coat

A high-performance epoxy base coat is applied to create a strong bond with the concrete surface. It also provides a solid, uniform background for decorative flakes or topcoat color.

Flake

Decorative vinyl flakes are broadcast into the wet base coat until the surface is fully covered. These flakes add texture, color, and enhance slip resistance for a more durable, attractive floor.

Scrape
