EXPOSURE

Polished concrete offers three main finishes: Cream, which keeps the smooth top layer for a natural look; Salt & Pepper, exposing fine specks of sand and small stones; and Full Aggregate, which reveals larger stones for a bold, decorative finish.

SHEEN

Polished concrete is available in three sheen levels: Matte for a soft, natural finish with minimal reflection, Semi-Gloss for a balanced shine that adds light without glare, and High Gloss for a striking, mirror-like finish that enhances depth and brightness

SEALER

Polished concrete can be sealed in three ways: with a topical stain guard (3DSP) that enhances shine and provides surface-level protection, a penetrating sealer (SR2) that absorbs into the concrete for invisible, long-lasting stain resistance, or a combination of both for maximum protection and performance.

Repair

Every great floor starts with a solid foundation. That’s why we address surface blemishes, cracks, and damage before polishing begins—so the final result isn’t just beautiful, but strong, safe, and built to perform for years to come.

Grind

During the grinding stage, we tailor the depth to match your preferred exposure—whether that’s cream, salt & pepper, or full aggregate. This customized approach ensures the finished floor looks exactly the way you envisioned.

Hone

Honing is all about refinement. We use a series of resin-bonded diamonds to gradually smooth the surface, removing any visible scratches from grinding and setting the stage for a crisp, high-quality finish.

Densifier

The densifier is what gives polished concrete its long-lasting strength. It penetrates the surface and reacts with the minerals in the slab to create a harder, more durable floor that holds its finish longer.

Polish

In the final stage, we polish the concrete using a series of fine-grit resins to achieve your desired level of shine—matte, semi-gloss, or high gloss. This step brings out the floor’s natural beauty while enhancing durability and ease of maintenance.

Sealer

To finish the process, we apply a concrete sealer to protect the surface from stains, spills, and wear. Whether it’s a topical guard, penetrating sealer, or both, this final layer helps preserve the look and performance of your floor.
